Their meals are based on the background of the research of the original local recipes with the technically perfect and imaginative use of the best foodstuffs, especially local (cabbage from Vidovec, pumpkin seed oil, fresh vegetables, turkey ...), which places them in the position of creators and leaders of the new Varaždin cuisine, based on the principles of top gastronomy, the tradition of local dishes and groceries refined by applying the latest world trends and techniques in food preparation.
